Based on @dentist4u concern, I have a question for the house: So application rejection based on eligibility can even happen after 2 months of AOR? Like an applicant can wait for 3-4 months and still get a rejection just based on eligibility? Am asking this because all the rejections I have seen (Immitracker) are usually within 2 weeks after AOR.
Well my concern was eligibility was still not passed and although my understanding was that they check whether u claimed the right number of points earlier on, i might be wrong.
I dont know is it better to withdraw or wait?

Since you going to lose money already coupled with the fact that you really got nothing more to lose when rejected, I will suggest you wait for it. Maybe you are thinking from the perspective that you can withdraw and then reapply with a more assured package, that makes sense too. But the big question to ask is answer is this: What if the offer lazily passed your eligibility?

Hi guys, I know this is not the right forum for this question but please need urgent help.
I have something confusing that I need advise on
A friend is working as Operations and administrative officer in her company and its confusing in choosing the right Noc. Administrative officer noc is 1221, can she go with this or need to get something that goes with operations as well.
Or shound she try talk to HR to change the title of her discipline?
Please a quick response will be appreciated because she need to conclude her form now and submit to get in the pool for tomorrow's draw.
I was in that situation last year November, I had to withdraw my first application because of fear of misrepresentation and its consequences. I reapplied again in April when I was sure of my points. So far the new application is in progress. I will advise you to withdraw if you sense it. It is better safe than to experience misrepresentation issues.

This cannot be misrepresentation......If an officer recalculates his points and feels he is below the minimum CRS, the worst he can do is to reject the application. There wouldn't even be any procedural fairness in such case as it is not a misrep. My opinion though!!

but if I claimed points for higher education (PHD) whereas mine would be Masters would that be misrepresentation? and why wouldnt they check that earlier on?

They will ask you for ADR (PhD).......Afterwards, it could be punishable as misrep when you can't address your procedural fairness notice from the VO. But why did you choose a PhD when you don't have it? Even your WES evaluation will say so unless your education was in Canada.
