2018 Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications: timeline and updates

so to sum it all up. all i need to do is fill out one imm 5710 and check restore status as a worker and initial work permit ? add the explanation why i lost my visitor status? i wondered about that because there is a restoration form imm 5708. so all in all i just have the spousal sponsorship forms and the one 5710 for to send? is this correct?

Imm5708 is to extend as a Visitor. If you were intending to extend as a visitor, you're going to use that but since you are out of status and applying for OWP with the Spousal Sponsorship, might as well restore your status as a worker like myself.

Please double check your forms and check the guide to avoid mistakes. So, you will submit the In Canada Spousal Sponsorship and OWP. Also, don't forget the explanation of your "out of status" for both packages.

Please, help - cannot link the application to the sponsored spouse's account. Tried different combinations of identification, nothing works.
What could be possible problems? Which type of application should we select? Family class (Spouse)? But this is, I suppose, for outland sponsorship, there is no "Spouse or Common-law partner in Canada Class". We are inland+Quebec.

Just select Spouse or Common-law partner in Canada Class.

And most important question is the last question, I can't remember the question, it should be something like how many family numbers/applicants, if just you and your partner, you need to put 2 there.

If just you and your spouse, you need to put the number 2.

Hopefully you're right cause a lot of the people before Feb 8th have still not received their OWP.
