Hello, if application is being processed in Ottawa and there is a Passport Request, does it main the applicant has to mail their passport to Ottawa or can be sent to the local visa office?

When do you plan on submitting the letter explaining the the reason for no death certificate?

I am making an attempt to check this week and next week. In unsuccessful then I will write the letter of explanation and send by next week ending.

In process date usually is the day when ME is requested.
