I am planning to undergo a 1 year PG Diploma in International Business from IGNOU.
I am a B.Tech in ELectronics and currently my occupation is Technical Marketing and Design.
Please suggest if i will be able to get points under "Two or more degrees" after pursuing the course.

Yes, provided that your B.tech degree was three years or longer

Yes my B.Tech was 4 years. (2009 to 2013). I even have got the transcripts but not sending for evaluation. I was just thinking to do it after pursuing a PG Diploma.

Check WES website, they have a free tool to assess your academic equivalence, and also a drop down option which shows the list of recognised Indian Universities.

PG certificate not necessary to be 1 year.
even 6 months certificate should be okay

IGNOU is distance education i think.
Check if WES considers part time or distance education valid or not.

That's what I am concerned for.....Whether distance or open language be recognised....Although IGNOU is on the drop down list of WES

Distance Learning is recognised by WES
My Degree from Periyar University categorically mentioned distance learning and still it got recognised by WES.

I extended my PG Certificate course to PG diploma. Due for completion in July 2018.
