Friends, any updates on PR card application from today?

Here is timeline for my PR card
Landing: Feb 20th (Etobicoke)
New photographs request:Apr 4th
Photographs Delivered: April 10th
I called cic on April 18th and was told they was still processing photo requests received on March 15th.
Application approved: May 8th
PR card received: May 12th

PR card approved on MyCiC: May 14, 2018.

Recently I had received a letter for photo re submission for my kid for PR card. Right we are out of Canada. If I respond to that letter with photograph outside of Canada , will that be a problem/issue here? Please advise.

Hey there,

I am not entirely sure but I think it will be okay if you send the photo from where you are. You just have to get the correct size and have it stamped and dated by the studio that you took it out. To be completely sure it would be best for you to call or email them.

Hey, I was wondering how do you know the date of when you PR card was sent for production? Did you do an inquiry? I couldn't find such information on the myCiC nor ECAS.

Did my Soft Landing on 16th April 2018 waiting for my PR Card, current timeline is 58days, need to check if anyone from April have received PR card or have received request for re-submission of Photograph.?

Also I am trying to Link my application with myCIC account however I am not succeeding in do so.
If there is a delay for PR card can I request for travel document and go ?

I am not sure if this has already been answered in this forum yet, can anyone please tell me if it is possible to call ircc from outside canada to check the status of your pr card request.

Also, although I received a photo request for me (nothing for my spouse yet) there is nothing updated in the application status when i check using my gckey...is this something which happens often?

I called up CIC today and got the latest updates. CIC is currently processing resubmitted photos received by 15th March. Hope this helps folks who have received photo resubmission requests recently.
I will request anyone calling CIC, to ask the date upto which photo re-submissions are being processed and post it on this thread. this will help everyone keep track of the rate at which the re-submission requests are being processed.

What is the number of CIC? I also want to check the first PR card status. I landed on11April, but nothing updated up till now.

I moved to a New address, do I just update online? Please advice.

Many people can check their status online, can anyone share the website and login method?

Just received a call to tell me my PR was finally approved.
Sharing my dates it might help

Application handled by Etobicoke office (Ontario)
CEC Inland | CRS: 524
ITA: Oct 13, 17
Profile Submitted: Nov 20, 17
AOR: Nov 20, 17
MED: Dec 19, 18
IP1: Never happened
IP2: Dec 19, 17
GCMS Notes ordered: March 23, 18
GCMS Notes received: April 23, 18
Employment Verification (IRCC emailed my boss): March 27, 18
Call to Immigration because application had been in process for over 6 month: June 4, 18
IRCC call + Application approval over the phone: June 5, 18 (My application file had been sitting in Paris for a month they were in charge to check my French work experience and just forgot to send the file back to Etobikoke after the check... so a call after 6 month is definitely helpful.)
PPR (Landing appointment email): June 5, 18
RPRF: June 5, 18
Landing at Etobicoke immigration office: June 11, 18
PR Card : They said it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to receive it after Landing

8-9 month process overall and extremely Happy it's almost over

It does happen, just be patients and make sure they don't forget about your file and make sure you are nice to them on the phone, they are just trying to get their job done as everyone else.
