Hi everyone, I have applied for sponsorship for my parent. Selected in Round 2, 2017. I wanted to join this forum too. Can you please add my case details.
Application received: Dec 4, 2017
Started processing application: Apr 3, 2018
Additional document requested: Apr 3, 2018
Sponsorship status in online tool: Decision Made (Apr 16, 2018)- but no letter received from CIC yet.

Looks like we need to wait more than usual to get SA email...

not yet, my mom's file was sent to Delhi office in Feb 2018 to New Delhi office.

Hey Everyone, I need to update the mailing address of the Representative (On Form IMM5476 - Use Of Representative) for my parents application. Does any of you know how to do that? Do you use web form ? Has anyone here done that for their application ? I originally submitted the application in Mississauga. Now their application is in medical test stage. I would appreciate your suggestion. Thanks.

A quick question, My file for sponsorship got accepted on 16th Feb 2018, and further sent to Delhi office for PR process. meanwhile my mom is with me in Canada from last 2 years on a Super Visa, In the month of April I applied for a Super Visa extension and got a 5 months extension and they also requested for a medical exam for Super Visa extension. Are they going to consider this medical exam report for the other file or that will be a different process?

Oh ok. My parents local VO is NDVO but file was transferred to Ottawa. So you are correct , may be my case is not very relevant for NDVO.

When i check online and ECAS, it says we have requested medical request, but i didn't receive any email or mail.
Did anyone of you guys faced the same issue ??

1. We received Name application for permanent residence on July 21, 2017.
2. We started processing Name s application on May 16, 2018.
3. We sent Name medical instructions on May 16, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
