you can mention PA UCI, Sponsor UCI, and App number. it doesnt hurt to give them extra info. it will help them find your file.

I received a letter from RFI in Immigration Section, it was a letter to prove that Sponsor is Currently in Canada. Letter was on 4 May 2018, and i am july 24 2017 applicant,
my lawyer is so dumbo, he sent a 22 MB of attachment in Email in response to that letter, and i am sure they will return it. so i am uploading the same documents in 2 mb file pieces.

u can mail them via DHL OR UPS, they will receive it in just 48 hrs.. i have sent my vol docs..via DHL, delievery date is 2 business days

I am Juuly 2017 applicant and since Nov 2017 getting the same responses...whenever i inquired..before it was initial review now since Mar 2018 waiting for FULL Review...not sure when this Review wait will be over for all us!!

On Marriage registration certificate, date of marriage is 18 December 2016 and on IMM 5532 it's 17 DEC 2016. Please explain this inconsistency. This must be received at this office by: 2018/06/17

Do I have to send a notarized statement or should I just send them a signed written statement ?

June 2017 application I got sane reply in April and today again nothing change o don't know what the hell is full review and why taking so long.
I see most applicant received this kind of email with blue ink and mine is black, is it make any difirence?

in my opinion it does not need to be notarized, it just needs to be signed statement. make sure you cover every questions they have asked. any proofs you need to send if they are not in English then the copy and translations need to be notarized

Did you not submit it earlier that they are asking for more?? I find it stupid how they just find reasons to annoy people .
