Hi. For those who have been requested to send additional communication, what did you send and how much of? Is it beneficial to go to Pak to obtain more photos.. This is for my bro but he has minimal communication records saved.. What would the next step be.. It's second marriage situation for him

Application was received On January 4th. It was sent to LVO sometime in April.
I am a suffering from a condition that gets worse with time and want to spend as much time as I can with my wife while still being somewhat healthy.
Would it help if I contacted the MP to inquire about my case or suggest an earlier processing request.
I honestly would not mind the regular waiting time but my health will deteriate over time and I don't want to miss these precious moments.
Any suggestions ?

so far we have not seen any special processing times done for those that are pregnant or even those that had a miscarriage. however, every case is different. to be honest with you, it is best if you go to your local MP and speak to him/her directly about your case and present your case to see if they are able to do anything or if they are able to recommend any other route.

they do not send any communication, however on average it takes 2 weeks for additional docs to be attached to your file.

hummy has given you all the info we all know. we are all applicants like yourself and we are not immigration officers and we dont have any relation with immigration department. humy has given you all the info based on what others have said previous in this thread and what the trends have been previously.

Guys I check my ecas on daily basis. I noticed something different today. A new line has been added .

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 26, 2017.
2. We started processing your application on October 6, 2017.
3. We sent you medical instructions on July 5, 2017. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
4. Medical results have been received.
5. We sent you correspondence on July 26, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Point number 3 has been added. What does it mean ? Are they actually reviewing my file.

On the Checklist, if something does not apply to you, do you still put the X in the box and follow with N/A bside the box? Kind of confused here. As well does the birth Cirtificate have to be the original. I am reading on the country specific section, and nowhere does it say the Birth Certificate has to be the original.
