Hi, in respect of the docs that are not in English can a simple lawyer translate and certify them (the lawyer is not in Canada) or I need to find a notary here in Canada to notarize them ,as well. I am quite confused with affidavit, any ideas can help please. Many thanks
IRCC won't reject you file, but they will ask you toresubmit the form with original signatures of your parents, just wait till you receive a communication from IRCC.
thks for the reply i called them today and they told me the same thing to wait for the IRCC but they couldnt tell me if it will be rejected or not.finger crossed and hope everything goes OK
The processing of application will take longer than 6 months (provided you LVO is not London). So you do not have to worry about renewing it now.
For IMM 5669 if the study resulted in getting a Diploma, you should write diploma and if it was a Certificate, type certificate. It is not a YES NO question.
Is the form IMM 5476 "use of representative" necessary if we want ourselves to be a representative of our parents? or my mother should sign it to give access to my father (main applicant)?

I asked the same question in the thread, you may want to look up my posts for the answer.
I also called CIC on this, and the answer is yes if you want to access and/or respond to the application on your parent's behalf.
What the agent said was that I am NOT the applicant, and will NOT have an access to the app's info unless otherwise I'm been declared as representative.
Also, one of people answered to my original question mentioned that CIC asked to fill that up last year after they received the application.
Write down UCI number if your parents have one, otherwise leave it blank.
For application #, no one has the app # at the moment for 2018 application, so leave it as blank.
This maybe the stupid question, but for sending the application,
1. Is it ok to use clip to group the multiple page docs (such as each form, and certificate with multiple pages)
2. As I used the clip to group the docs, whole application got really thick. Should I still put it into the envelope and seal it? or should I just put them in Canada Post's package with one big clip that holds entire package?
Hello,Can anyone help me?
I sent yesterday my application in Ottawa.I am sponsoring my parents.
I just read in the invitation letter that the form IMM5669 should be singed by hand but I signed as it says in the form, electronically.
Now I am fricking out ,afraid that they will reject my application...
Do I send this form again signed by hand or the electronic sign version is OK?

Hello same mine as well. But well see coz, it says there, that type electronically, they dont say that signed as here. But as i read the other advice here. Need a signed personal on IMM5669.
Hello, i dont recieved any email yet from IRCC. And seems we already sent to them,we will find out what the officer says. But i doubt its should be ok. Coz thats only the part of documments, that it says YOU AGREE FOR SIGNING ELECTRONICALLY. If thats the case that need signed by hand, the officer gonna contact us to resend with signed by hand. So nothing to worries,as long that we already reached before the deadline.
How to update google sheet for timeline or do I have to write it down here

Specifically, the following information cannot be validated as the same: 1. Address
The name (or address) of the person invited to apply is:
*********** (Old address)
The name (or address) on the application submitted is:
************* (New Address)
Please submit additional documentation which demonstrates that the person who
was invited to apply and the person who submitted the application are the same
person. I forgot to write "St" in-between 101th and NE in IMM1344 form, so I will be sending them supporting document. (EPCOR and TELUS bills along with my Driver license copy. to demonstrate as required.
other question I have been asked is ( as read)

provided for married parents and depended. Only one parent/grandparent can be selected as Principal Applicant and the parents/grandparent listed as the dependent spouse. Married parents/ grandparents can only be included on application.
