mine started abt feb 28 when I got MR and I got PPR may 1 so I assume abt 2 months.

You have 30 days from the date of the PPR email to submit you passport.
It should reach CIC within the 30 days.

Sounds true, mine before 90k and AOR in September, heard nothing after that

Does that mean people submitted before September will be delayed compare to those submitted in November and october? That sucks
