has anyone able to get through to the call center folks lately? I have been trying for the last three days with no luck!!

I only call once today and I get link with them, everytime I called I always get tru with them even yesterday

Sometimes u have to keep calling till they link u up not once or twice, when I called yesterday I called like 11 timelines b4 I could reach them Bt suddenly the hang up

I called the CIC today and the lady told me my file is still in Sydney since last year, I always get different answer with different pple, says still in transit.

good advice buddy! i used to call once or twice....and leave it at that...

now i am on line!!

I know I shouldn't be checking my emails like crazy but I'm still doing it in the last few days. Guess what? It paid off - received test invite to appear on May 16! This proves checking email expedites test invite

I was planning a trip next week and was worried about the test dates....now i am relieved that it wont be next week.

Fixed. Only DM date will be July 16, provided applicant passes test. Then only, applicant will have oath on July 16.

I applied in November (single applicant) and you can add me to the spreadsheet if you'd like--tracking all of the numbers is so helpful!

IP: Jan 12
Received test notice: April 3
Took test: April 23 (and passed!)

I just checked online today and it has the "Decision Made" in there, but I don't know when that went in. The more detailed information hasn't been updated yet--it's still just the test details.

I live in Toronto and have so far been dealing with the Scarborough office. I'm hoping my oath ceremony doesn't get scheduled for when we're supposed to be away this summer!

Thanks for this forum--it's been helpful over the 11 years I've been in Canada and gone through study visas, work visas, PR, etc...

I called ircc today as my wife and I have been in process since January 26 and I was told by the agent that our file has been assigned to Mississauga office and she said it was at Sydney going through some ‘clearance ‘ . When should we expect to get a test invite?

Same as me I went to IP since January 22 Bt I called today the lady said my file still at Sydney for transit to Mississauga for clearance means background check. Mississauga office is very slow than any other office.
