There is a list of CIC accredited physicians were ya can medical examination done in every country... If they don't answers your best choice is to go there personally....
Been a smoker won't be a problem for you... I don't think they would find anything weird... I am guessing you are young...
Smoking will kill you slowly, not right away.. And maybe you could die from something not related to smoking before it gets to kill you...
