My application is still in process since i passed my exam on March 2nd (Scarbrough). More than 8 weeks now and I'm getting frustrated.
Is this is normal?
If i call CIC, will i get any helpful answer?

So I will lose out on a big opportunity if I don’t have my citizenship and passport by June 30. Is there a way to apply for urgent processing at the point I am at now? I took my test April 26 and received DM April 27.

Absolutely normal nowadays! It took my mom's application more than 3 months to move from In process to Decision made after the interview date. We just got the oath letter for her. calling will not help unless it's more than a year since your application date. You can always give it a go...

1. We sent you a notice on April 25, 2018 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on May 18, 2018 at 9:00 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

you can fill out the webform to request IRCC for urgent processing but I don't see why you'll be delayed any further anyway, but give it a try
