What is the difference between
A NADRA Divorce Certificate &
A Union Council Divorce Certificate?
And why IRCC only accept UC Divorce Certificate NOT the NADRA Issued Divorce Certificate?
Because to me NADRA Aunty and UC should be the same?
Any Idea?
I had gone through the similar situation, I rememeber my days, when I was asking teh same question from every one.
I will help you.
It's nothing big, they just want to know that how the divorce actually taken place.
The certificate itself does not give them the whole picture.
If your wife does not have 3 reconciliation notices, ask her to go to the UC from where the divorce process got finalized, they usually have all the papers. If UC does not have 3 notices, they surely will have 2, get all the possible papers and just prioritize them according to dates. It's much better to explain the how the process has taken place on stamped paper and attach all the related documents including UC certificate.
I submitted mine and alhamdulilah got pre arrival.
I don't understand why they want to see 3 Reconciliation notices issued to other party?
Because, if for example, a person send a Talaaq OR Divorce notice to UC with 3 TALAAQ written on it then NO POINT OF ANY RECONCILIATION!!
as by giving 3 TALAAQ at the same time, TALAAQ happen right away so nothing left for Rconciliation!
Reconciliation can only be done, if both the parties or one party reached to UC with a request to process Talaaq process OR do a Reconciliation between both the parties if thing doesn't work out then issue them a Divorce Certificate then UC started sending reconciliation notices to other party, 1st notice 2nd notice 3rd notice. If no response OR no reconciliation then they issue a Divorce Certificate?

Is this some sort of Panoti (Jinxed) batch? What does full review means? Others go thru half or no review? Big question mark there @khancanada@AHC

Nice Post and in very detailed. But question will remain the same... if 3 talaaq are given at once then why these UC are following Ronciliation process OR they are following some other Divorce Islamic Rules?? and IRCC also following those rules too?
