Thanks. I really am! I gathered and prepared all his documents for his PR and Citizenship, including making arrangements for medical check, fingerprinting, police clearance certificates, etc. All he had to do was sign the documents and show up for his appointments.

May be he wasn't motivated and wanted to stay in the US

was nothing to it really. they just want to verify the information on the documents submitted and just asked other general questions.
