It’s hard to tell when we don’t know your timeline. From what I know, applicants from january 2017 just started getting PPR, but some applicants from nov, dec and even october 2016 are still waiting. It probably depends on the country of origin as well as on some other factors - single applicant/with spouse, province, outland/inland etc. I think that the status means that you passed the exam, but I an not sure. Try to call them tomorrow and they will tell you. 888-242-2100

Does he need to submit PCC again with new passport details ? and where?
Hey there! I am an inland PNP applicant from last year. From my experience I can tell you that it will be a few more months before you hear from them again. I mailed my documents to Sydney, Nova Scotia mid March and got AOR end of March. The next time they contacted me was in September (6 months) for Right for Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) request and other general stuff, such as police clearance, if you haven't submitted that yet. After that, it seemed to move a little faster and I got my pre-arrival letter (December 2017- not that useful if you are already in Canada like me) and then a medical request (March 2018). I am now waiting for my PPR since I passed my medical in March. Hope this helps
