There is a few threads discuss about the UCI number. Personally, I think it is for the CIC officer to complete and and as such should be left blank.
However, in the applying to be sponsor form, you, the sponsor, should have your UCI number filled in. This UCI number is indicated on your Permanent Resident card or on your Canadian Citizenship Certificate
Has anyone been acknowledge by CIC when they received your application ? If yes, Can you please let me know ; how long did it took them to send the notification about your application ?
But as per the definition of dependent child "Is over age 19 and is financially dependent on his/her parents due to mental or physical condition", he has the physical condition which makes him financially dependent. Can you please elaborate why you believe Deafness is not a disability that would make him dependent?

Someone might already asked this question, anyway; I'm confused at this Additional Family Information, So my siblings even though none of them are coming with my mom to Canada has to fill this out? All of my siblings are above 18 years old and have families. Any answer will be appreciated

Do I need to complete IMM 1344 for both of the parents or only principle applicant on the application ?
And, also if my wife is not a co-signer and she is not working then what should I put in IMM 5768 for the wife's part for questions - wife employment status, Sin number etc?
Many deaf people are highly functional and are independent but in many countries they don't have access to education, job training, etc. I do think your brother would qualify as a dependent. Depending on his ability to live independently or work he may not be medically inadmissible. There is a huge number of young adults who will eventually need group homes, etc when their parents get older which will be the concern. I am sure your parents wouldn't want to leave him in your home country so you have to apply with him as a dependent and you'll have to see what happens.
I got my PR in Dec 2016. Next year I will be eligible to sponsor my parents and same year I am going to sponsor my spouse. So I want to know do I need to show Income for 4 person for last 3 year?

It's a catch 22 because if you can show he's able to live independently and work then IRCC may not allow him to be a dependent due to his medical condition.

The family size will be determined by the time you submit the sponsorship application. A friend of mine has similar situation like yours, he sponsored his wife and about few months later, they had a baby and the year after, he wanted to sponsor his parents. So when he applied to sponsor his parents last year (and was really lucky to get selected), his family size was total of 5: himself, his wife, his baby and 2 parents. Fortunately that my friend has had a good job with decent pay to cover a family of 5 for 3 years e.g. 2014-2015-2016 when he applied last year.
