Request one more clarification regarding IELTS, is it valid from 'test date' or 'TRF issue date', as in my case TRF was issued after 2 months of exam date due to revaluation.
Hello Sir. I'm new here. I have been doing a personal assesment lately and I have a few questions that I would need clearifications on:
1) If your PNP score is 67 for Ontario OINP are you authomatically eligible to be norminated? The score you denotes here is fsw eligibility score. To know more about Ontario Provincial nomination, read https://www.canadavisa.com/ontario-provincial-nominee-program.html 2) What is the minimum time aloted for funds to be in one's account (i.e as proof of funds)? Some Provinces insist that the funds must be at leasts 3 months old. Is it the same for Ontario or is it 6 months? It's not like that for OINP, it would be better if the funds are 6 months old but it's not mandatory. You can arrange funds through all legal means(not loans), deposit them and furnish them as a source of settlement funds. OINP and IRCC alike mandates that your settlement funds should be free of loans , unencumbered and can be liquidated at any given time. 3) This statement in CRS "Two or more post-secondary programs, of which at least one was completed after a post-secondary program of three or more years". What does it involve? I have a Barchelor's degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, after which I also had a 10 month Certificate in Oilfield Engineering from a State owned Institution. If this institution gives me a Transcriept, would that be an acceptable Post-degree Certificate? I don't think so bcz they stated "3 or more years" which negatively correlates with your 10 month programme. The 4 years comes under bachelors degree of college for sure. I don't know about the other. sorry.
I would appreciate any answers to these questions. Thanks to all.
I got NOI on 24th february with CRS 438-
I had below queries, any member who has gone through the process or knows the process, please guide -
what all documents are required for OINP application?
I have shown only last 4 years of experience in my Express entry profile as 3 or more gets you the same points and I could not get the reference letters from previous employers. Will reference letters for last 4 years be sufficient for OINP application?
Yes, reference letter for the last 4 years would be sufficient. While it is true that more than 3+ experience doesn't improve your CRS the same can't be said for FSW eligibility score. Use FSW calculator before making any changes to your profile.
Not true. If there is a gap between two jobs or study, just a well detailed explanation will be enough. I did like that. I took a sabbatical for a year between two jobs.
As OINP is picking profiles from Jan 2018, and they recommend to create new EE profile and DELETE old profile.
As per my understanding we can not DELETE profile but should rather WITHDRAW and recreate under the same GC key. Is my understanding correct?
Just want to be double sure

Hi all,
what are the chances of getting nominated through Ontario HCP or ICT program with CRS score 351?
Here is my brief profile
NOC A 2174 ( Computer Programmer & Interactive Media Developer )
6 years experience
Diploma 2 years, Bachelor 3 years ( as per WES report )
IELTS : L-7, R-6, W-6, S-7 Overall 6.5
Express entry profile created: 23 Feb 2018
Age 31
Married (no points for spouse)
Ontario is picking profiles for nomination only which are created after 1 Jan 2018. Make sure you created your profile after 1 Jan only. Ontario Quota for PNP is only 6600 so there is no chance they will invite 40K candidates. You will likely get NOI in 1 month.
I have created my express entry profile before 1 Jan. My CRS score is 433 but still haven't received nomination from Ontario. What should I do to get a nomination? Should I withdraw my profile and submit again? An early input on this would be hugely appreciated

I have CRS score of 433. I had created my express entry profile in Nov'17. Should I withdraw my profile and submit again to receive nomination from Ontario?

There is very slim chance for getting NOI with this Score. You need to improve your score and IELTS is one of the best option for it. There is no confirmation that Ontario will reduce CRS score for ICT stream like they did it in June 2017. so as of now, no chance. Work on your English.
