Can you please advise me on that your additional document status changed from we do not need to reviewed or from uploaded??

It's weird because I got a request for new photographs last week, Feb 21st,I sent a new set of pictures on that same day and today my status changed to "We do not need additional documents."

Maybe that is because they received your new photos

Landed on 18th jan 2018. Linked my application with my account in cic website.
Status says PR card approved and this was updated on 28th Feb. Still not receive the card by mail till date. How long does it take usually for such mail to be received?
Is it mailed out from Ottawa or from port of entry to my address?
Also when I called cic they confirmed that when status changes to approved in the system this means PR card has been mailed out already.

The card is produced in Sydney, NS and is sent out via regular mail. Depending on your location it should typically take 2-7 business days.

I landed on 23rd Jan. After that I tried to link my application so many times but I was never able to find my application. I don't know what is wrong I am doing but I am unable to link my application.

Few days back, I had an update in my application was about COPR and landing date. Do I need to call CIC and check why I am not able to link my application? Is it advisable?

Hi Rahul, I had the same issue linking my application but I solved it by using the province name rather than the city name in the blank of "city of birth". Maybe you can also have a try.
