My CIC status message in the following sections have been changed as follows

Review of medical results: You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes. ( Before: You passed the medical exam)
Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents.( Before : Your submitted documents being reviewed)

My Background check has been in this status since Dec 2017.
"We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."


Is it a good change? I have submitted Federal part in August 2016.

Dakar may be my visa office as well. I have seen several cases like yours. Is that just how Dakar operates, I mean asking everything at once.

Also how did you do your medical upfront in December with no request from Dakar?

Yes. Thats how they do. Once they reach your file they ask for everythin at once. To do upfront medicals you just go to panel doctor with UCI and application number and tell the doctor the category you are applying for. Actually the medical exam i did was not upfront, it was for a TRV application which i later on used for my PR application. So it was requested.

Obtained my csq so have to complete the form for federal government stage.

Do you guys know what federal government will check again?? For example will they check again your history? I thought this already checked and evaluated by Quebec before they issue Csq am I understand correctly??

from where and when did you apply for csq and have you got CSQ via email or by courier? can you please share your timeline.

in my case after my aor no update ,no medical request,
in my ecas just showing two lines we receive your application
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(
after that nothing and from yesterday in my gckey showing as i said before your action is required to submitted .
