It hasn't even been a month since you got DM. It can take several months. You need to be patient.

On average, it should take between 6 to 7 months from the application date to oath date. My application date was August 09, my oath date will be March 06.
my wife and I passed the exam on Jan 24 and our E-cas still (in process) !!!!

No, you do not need to do anything. Your background checks must still be in progress.

Btw ordering GCMS for me was not useful. It is very general and does not answer any of your worries.
My Oath tmro! The immigration process is finally about to be over after 7 years of my entering into Canada
Congratulations!

Hi
We passed the test and we are waiting for the oath letter.
Hi I have a senior friend who is 54 and she received a letter today which is invitation for the test. Does anyone know that in the interview letter for the seniors it indicates that it is only for test or only for interview ??
Thank you

If she was 54 when she applied, then she does need to take the test and interview both.

Who has to take the citizenship test?
Everyone between the ages of 18 and 54 at the time they apply for citizenship must take the citizenship test . We use the test to determine if you have
adequate knowledge of Canada and the
responsibilities and privileges of citizenship .
If you are 55 or older when you apply, you do not have to take the test . If you turn 55 during the processing of your application, you still have to take the test since you were under 55 when you signed your application.
