Yes, the status changes to "approved" on MYCIC.

Fill your information as per your COPR. Use caps/smalls/etc. as per COPR.

I tried that - still no luck unfortunately. Will keep trying for another week otherwise will have to raise a technical enquiry

You should call CIC call center and ask them to update you with the status of your application.
When I called them they provided all the info i asked them.
