I wonder what a RQ or Quality assurance looks like on ECAS - any ideas?

Did you receive AOR by email ? If so, they won't mail a physical copy of the book. You can download the audio or pdf version using the link that is provided on ECAS when you check your status, or in the AOR pdf attachement. You can also order a physical copy for free, using the same link.

As far as I know, they don't send a physical book, they send a link so you have online access, if you want a physical book you need to ask for it, I asked for it and received it around 10 days later, and it's free.

I did some citizenship tests on the internet and my score is %90 so it is fine I dont need this book

FP request process takes about max 10 days to get completed. Assuming no delays. If you don't hear any movement from CIC them do follow up after three weeks.

No One.....Lot of dec 1st week Edmonton in-process are still waiting.

Nov applicants started getting in-process in Jan 3rd week.

....So you can guess.

I would highly recommend that you read the book (more than once). The actual test could be very different from the online tests. People who already took the test mentioned that they were asked questions that the online test banks don't even have.
