I called CIC, the automated reply said they are checking my Eligibility Criteria ??? What does that means ???
At what stage is my file ??

Dont worry,automated reply says excatly what is in your CIC account!Till the end you will have there that they are reviewing your eligibility even that is already passed!In my opinion nothing to worry about

At least they are looking at it, that's a good sign. If you haven't left Canada for a long period of time, I think you should be alright.

From which source you know you got your BGIP? Just checking cic account? What about your ecas ?

Just want to share my experience with CIC timeline
from last 4 months i have noticed:
There is ppr rain in first 10 days of every month that is 1-10
1-10 of Dec 2017 - June 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of Jan 2018 - July 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of Feb 2018 - Aug 2016 applicant got their ppr
Prediction:
1-10 of Mar 2018 - Sep 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of Apr 2018 - Oct 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of May 2018 - Nov 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of June 2018 - Dec 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of July 2018 - Jan 2017 applicant got their ppr
and so on....
