Unknown, but FP request is quite common. Could be randomly sent, or if there is a hit in the RCMP database. All guesses here.

a few Oct applicants are waiting for AOR(acknowledgement of receipt - email) from CIC. Few of them have gotten in the last couple of days. I know it is hard to wait - but patience is the virtue. Unless AOR email is sent out - the application is not entered into the system and there is no record of it.

Quite a few early November applicants are still waiting for the AOR email. please check the spreadsheet.

Not all. Depends on the case.

after long 60 days waiting, I finally got into IP. Date: Feb/11, ECAS changed on Feb/12.
please update my status,
@mazamilam I believe my processing office should be Surrey, can you also update that information? thank you

added you to the spreadsheet, let us know about updates on your application. for the spreadsheet - can you provide if your app type is single or family? and physical presence in days!

For an adult applicant (18-54 years of age),

AOR -> In process -> Test invite -> Decision Made -> Oath invite

For non routine applications, one could get an RQ (residence questionnaire) at any time during the process, before the oath invite.

What do you mean by "register online"? I didn't have to register anything to see my ECAS updates...

Hello,

I have few questions regarding citizenship application, it would be of great help if someone answer them.
1) I will complete condition of 1095 days on Aug 10 2018, should I wait until Aug 10 or can I submit my application earlier like in July?
2) I am graduate of Canadian University, do I still need to write IELTS? all of my education was in English
3) I only need Canadian police certificate, how long it takes to get it? and do I need to send it along with my application upfront?
