What does it mean? I went to US border at the day of landing for PR. I never entered US because I did not have US visa. However, my passport includes the entry stamp just beside my Immigration visa. I did not report this as a travel. Did I require to include it in my travel list?

But I did not have destination... the physical form asks about the destination. I never entered any country. Basically I was at the border of Canada!
I think it is too late now to talk about it. If I am being asked, I will explain it in the interview.

i agree with you but they checked all my passport stamps (i had 3 passports, they only checked the one that related to the physical presence calculations), the matched all the stamps to the dates i entered in the calculator and only that stamp was left out so they ased me about it, i said it was the landing day and they said fine

I also landed the same way, but I don't remember if they put an entry stamp on my passport. I didn't include it in my travel list. Got decision made today.

Hope it doesn't delay much. Also it's only for me and not for my wife. What could it be? I travel a lot for work, could it be related to that?

most likely it is finger print request. In my opinion - it doesnt delay the application by much considering the location averages. Many applicants have reported 2-4 weeks of addition to the timeline.
You are in the best position to tell us - between your and your wife's application good luck!

I have another question from experts and I appreciate if you can help me.
I just noticed that I made a mistake for 1 day. In one of my trips from US back to Canada, I was supposed to arrive to Canada in late evening (9.30pm). However, it seems my flight had few hours delay and I arrived into Canada in early AM. Thats why the entry stamp on my passport shows one day difference from my reported day of arrival (I reported the date base on my ticket).
What do you guys recommend about this?
