At 438, eagerly waiting for the CRS to get to 438 or lower. I don't understand why I did not receive NOI from OINP. As far as I know, Ontario issued some NOIs on 26th January ranging 433 - 444. I should have ideally received the NOI
What is your NOC? Ontario is Picky. They issued only 380 first and today another 89 from the same search. There will more number of candidates falling in that range of 433 to 444.

Number of invitations issued: 3,000 CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 442
so
217 + 738 + (big portion of)1076 = 2031 Candidates got an invitation
3000 - 2031 = 969 <-- what happened to these invitations ?
Hi All,
I have total 2 and half years full time work experience from india, But from 2016 to till date iam unemployed. Am i eligible to apply canadian federal skilled worker class?
is it important to work present orelse is it okay to have one year experience anywhere in our last ten years?
Can someone please clear my concerns?
Hi euteamore; unfortunately you were affected by the tie-breaker rule (Read up more on this). They had too many persons with scores of 442, so only persons with scores of 442 who submitted their profiles before May 29, 2017 were given ITAs.

Thank you so much for your help! This is really frustrating. hope to get ITA for next draw. Don't want to proceed with PNP as more money and time will take.
438 with 3000 ITAs can happen only if the draw is on Feb 14th. Instead if the draw is on Feb 21st, 440+ is almost guaranteed looking at the current averages.
I must say this is the closest I have been to a draw number sitting at 441. I am really happy that I am this close and hope for the draw to be on schedule because my profile was created on June 13th 2017. In May when my wife finish school in Canada, my score will jump another 20 points, therefore, I am good either way. My main reason for the score to drop is so that people who's profile will be expired , or whose birthday is up coming and do not have Canadian Work Experience or someone studying somewhere to improve their score will only get lower and lower. For all people sitting in the 400s and up is to ensure that they select Ontario for their interest and recreat their profiles. $1500 is a small price to pay to ensure you get your PR. Based on the draws being very consistent, there is hope for the score to reduce, however, you will stand a better chance getting a NOI for even Ontario and delay any action until you get a direct ITA. This is just my foolish advise. For people who take this thread for a joke or have negative energy, this is certainly not the place. Some people have taken Ielts or Celpip more than 6 times(6*350 = 2100 ), not to mention all the PCC that have become expired and early medical that was done to expedite the process. This is real money being spent, out of savings that are required to meet the financial cut required for Federal Skill Worker Category.
If on your EE profile you included a brother for your spouse living in Canada with PR status but when you receive ITA you realise that you need to provide proof of the sibling relationship and you dont think you can. Only thing is both sibling birth certificate showing mothers name. Can that alone be used? Should you just remove the brother information from the EE and lose 15 points?
I have a bit of doubt here. They have increased the cutoff date here, it is now May 29, 2017. So, anyone who has submitted his profile AFTER May 29 was not eligible to get an invitation in this round?
I'm sitting at 432 and I've submitted my profile on 4th November. Any chances of getting an ITA in till March 2018?
Also regarding Ontario human capital priorities stream, they'll only consider candidates who have submitted their profiles after January 1st 2018 from now on?
That means, we'd have to take the risk of trying to chase an Ontario PNP while losing out of Express Entry criteria date! Phew!

If you remove your brother or sister from EE profile then you will loose 15 CRS points. After removing your brother or Sister, does your EE CRS is still above the cut-off of the Draw that you invited?
All are predictions here. You never know. Not being pessimistic but its not in our control for the range. I see lot of people entering pool in recent days. Around 1000 with CRS above 440. Last draw results and the analysis of pool stats on Feb 1st gives a clear picture. So patience it will happen when it should happen.
