i got NOI from Ontario when i have 402 points because i mistakenly entered part time study. after receiving NOI i changed part time study to full time study and my points increased to 417. should i write letter to Ontario immigration about it. Any suggestion please

I submitted my application in the middle of January 2018 and it still shows Submitted. Please anybody else submitted his application in 2018 and isn't being assessed yet?
Need some advise - I am 39 years old (living in US on H1B ) and hence with bachelors degree alone my CRS score is lower than 400 .

I am contemplating doing MBA from one of the universities in Ontario . If we do MBA from Ontario province , then does that increase chances for OINP under "Masters degree stream" or is it not worth throwing money for MBA for such thing ?

You are making us go bonkers.. How come a score with 402 receive NOI when the lowest score of previous draws is 433?
What is your NOC? Are you currently working in Ontario? Do you have points for French language as well?
