Does anybody knows how long it take in order to get the Oath Letter for people that is over 55 years old?
Would be interesting to know the timelines of people that do not have to meet language (English or French) requirements and do not have to take the Citizenship Test. Thank you.
Probably has very little impact on the timeline. Test and language exempt applicants are generally scheduled for the documents-check and interview at the same time other applicants are scheduled for the test. The vast majority of checks and verification attendant processing a citizenship application are otherwise the same.
I do not put much stock in anecdotal reports, but for what it is worth, in my own experience the person sitting next to me at my oath ceremony had an overall shorter timeline than I did. I was test and language exempt. He was not.
We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on November 1, 2017.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on December 18, 2017.
We started processing your application on February 6, 2018.

Question: If the status is "In Process" what does this mean? How long to wait for citizenship test from the time they change the status to "In Process"? TIA

I think In Process means your local office has started working on your application. How long till the next steps is very hard to tell... Depends on a lot of factors, like you local office's volume, efficiency, your individual situation and luck...
