Yes it expires on 31st March so have little more than 2 months for expiration. I was thinking of waiting till Feb 10 to take a date for the exam for March if decision is not made until then.
Strongly suggest that you also check every detail of the eligibility on the OINP portal regarding the validity of the application and the ineligibility scenario for IELTS expiration. Please do not depend only on Forum advises. It’s a huge risk to assume that others would be able to provide most accurate advice. It can’t be left to chance.

Number of invitations issued: 380
Date and time of portal search: January 25, 2018 at 2:15PM EST
CRS score range: 444 to 433
Date Express Entry profile submitted: January 1, 2018 to January 25, 2018
The OINP is managing the volume of applications to the HCP stream at this time. The OINP will be issuing NOIs on a regular basis to applicants, who at minimum, have a CRS of 400 and meet all eligibility criteria.
I somehow sense they might have some more hidden criteria in selecting profiles. Between 433 and 444 there must be profiles more than just 380. But they gave out only 380.
Did you verify just in case you missed on any of their requirements like
- one yr experience
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree
- CLB 7
- Funds
- Intent
By any chance did you chose any other province when filling "Come to Canada"?

Hi friends. I heard there is a possibility that while OINP is processing application if a profile gets direct ITA, the person can ask for refund from OINP. Is this true or just a rumour and if yes then are OINP proactive in refunding the amount??
its NON REFUNDABLE as per their new policy.So you can't get your money back once you pay, not even 1 minute after you have paid irrespective of the circumstance.
