Hi Experts..
I have total 11 years of experience. While creating i put all my experience information in my CIC EE profile. Now i came to know that it's better to put only those experience for which i am claiming points that is recent 6 years experience. My OINP application is under assessment status and i have shown all 11 years experience with proper documents there. Can I change my EE profile now?? If I modify will this be a misrepresentation as i submitted 11 years exp. in for Ontario Nomination. Thanks in advance.
If you have all the required documentation, there is no need to change the work history.
Hello everyone,
Me and my husband will be applying for express entry profile in February ... I have a few confusions regarding the same... My husband is a primary applicant and I'll be d dependent ... My main confusion is
1) I had applied for student visa for September 2017 and for Jan 2018 intake and I was rejected 4 times with the reason being home ties and not a genuine student who would return to India .
Will this affect our express entry profile as in sop I had given exolaination about I'll be returning back n working here and all dat ?
2) should v give an LOE explaining the rejections after ITA ?

For my first job (2006-2009), i have submitted appointment letter, reference letter and a salary certificate which i took during my job for a loan. I don't have any other documents. Moreover, the company has taken over by another organization with new management on 2013. I don't even know anyone of this staff. Basically i am worried about particularly this experience.
Great. I'm sure you will get a positive result.
All the best
Your prediction was accurate. Got EOR today. Speaking score changed from 6.5 to 7.5.
as far as University is listed, its accepted and evaluated by WES.
thank you

It's best to get an experience letter. If that's not a possibility then you need a reference letter from a supervisor. I don't remember all the details but it needs to have his/her business card attached and there also needs to be an affidavit from that person. Just search on this forum for what exactly you would need to provide.
Alternatively, you can change your work experience post ITA as long as it doesn't affect your score. You can explain the changes in the LoE to CIC.
Good luck!
please share the link for the whatsapp group for express entry

Hey All,
I am new to this website.
I have a few questions when filling in EE application online.
1. Marital status: My husband and I have separated since September 2017, but we didn't sign any legal separation agreements, and we haven't filed for divorce yet. Should I select "Married" or "Legally Separated" for this part? Besides, he is a Canadian citizen, so he won't be included into my application anyways, but if I select "Married", what documents are required to submit for his side (e.g. his medical exam, his police certificate...) for EE? Or if I select "Legally Separated", is it necessary to get a legal separation agreements to prove that and what else do I need from his side? (It is just so frustrating, we haven't contact with each other after we have physically separated, and I don't see that happening
)
2. Family: How many family members do you have? Should I select 1, which is just myself, or 2 (him and me, we don't have kids)? Is he still considered as my spouse or partner after we separated?
Thank you very much for all your help!!!
