Well, I received an NOI by re-creating my profile but that was long time ago. A lot has been changed in OINP since then like the Ontario Immigration Act (honestly, I don‘t know what is it all about ) and the validity of the NOI from 6 months to 45 days. And with the tie-breaking rule in EE, re-creating a profile to receive NOI may not apply anymore.

I created my profile on august and at 431, now i am in a complete dilemma about OINP or the regular route coz the scores doesnt seem to dip below 440 range any time.If recreating i might also lose the rank. Can any one suggest should I wait for the direct route or recreating now for the OINP based on the score trends

My CRS is 415 and Suppose if I get an NOI from Ontario now and when Alberta opens up the new stream later, will I be eligible to apply for Alberta too? My preference is Alberta over Ontario. So in case if I receive an NOI from Ontario, please provide your suggestion on how I can handle it?
Everything is depending on the next 2 draws, CIC has been super slow since the last 1 month so the only ray of hope would be a back to back draw within January. Also, 2750 is going to be a reason many will might get demotivated but we can never give up our hope. Things should get better soon enough & a decreasing cutoff is just a matter of time.
I agree, they are slow SGVO is s(h)itting on our application, but i already emailed them, I am giving them another 30 days to approve my application
CIC will soon realize that they are not fulfilling the quota if they only issue 2750 ITAs in bi-weekly draws. Either there will be back-to-back draws or increase the ITA.
hello experts,

A friend is a physiotherapist and we are wondering which ECA institution to use for his evaluation. I believe his BSc + 1 year clinical shd be evaluated as a professional qualification. Is IQAS the best for this type of evaluation?
Another concern with IQAS is the timeline for processing - 12weeks averagely
Plan A - Direct ITA
Plan B - OINP and then ITA
Planc C - Wait till October 2018 when I will automatically be bumped to 435 due to work ex and then hope against hope that I get Direct ITA.
Plan D - Waste life in native country

if you have to select any date for the cutoff to reach 435 then what will be the number? It has been quite a let down in terms of getting new hope considering a new year for which many have been waiting for a long time but do you think that cic can keep restricting itas like this? this is really pathetic for people waiting above 400 for such a long time

Yes that's right .Hoping there will be draw every alternate Wednesday starting from 24th January then 7th Feb and 21st Feb.In that case there might be a good chance who are in queue for a longer time , as next IELTS exam is on 10th Feb and their results should be out on 23rd Feb so they might not enter the pool in these draws.
