Not really sure about an affidavit. By the way, why can’t you get a birth cert of your daughter?

We were not aware of this mandatory document. Otherwise would have procured it.
We were not in the country of her birth at the time of application, I got an Affidavit made by the embassy of our country and submitted it.
The agent never told us about this mandatory document.
We Came to know about it only after refusal.
Got it later though.

No ADR, direct refusal , I suppose during R10 only they rejected application.

Ours is Aug though....

What happened with you? Now what is your status. I can feel your stress levels at that time.

It must be on the R10 then that you got your application refused. Yes, for children, birth cert is mandatory.

Last week the draw was announced at 11 pm (indian standard time)....but i have been told that there is no fixed time or pattern of announcement of the draw....I am not giving up hope atleast for another hour or two!!
