For how many months its with LVO?
I want to know the processing time of LVO ..if the application has reached LVO
How much time they take ? Im from Pakistan as well

6-9 months approx total processing time if all goes well and LVO is satisfied with everything

tomorrow i,ll submit my passport to isb vfs can some one exactly tell me how long time CHC isb will took to stamp bcz expiry of visa is date of medical dne which mean on 10 april that will expire more over i want to ask my wife is in pakistan her PR card will expire on 18 feb we are planing to go both so want to know processing of stamp

check the spreadsheet for time between ppr and copr dates to get an idea.

they are a June applicant .. that was my point .. khair .. emailed MP .. let's see what he does ..

mp will only give u info of ur application stage. They dont pressurized or request lvo to process ur application quicker.

He is going for a nikah only situation and then rukhsati once LVO asks for it. Is this is a good plan ? We are thinking if he gets nikah done, then submits the app & once it gets to a stage where they ask for rukhsati etc then he can go get it done.

Sounds like a bad plan because 1) Processing time will be longer than those cases who have applied with complete marriage (Rukhsati) 2) Time constraint: LVO will ask to submit Rukhsati pictures in 30 or 45 days: how eill Rukhdsti arrangment and travel arrnagements be made in such short time 3) More expensive to have all the family flown into Pakistan twice to get married

Based on my recent experience "Nikah Only" case is a BIG No !

Long story short ... they don't consider "Nikah Only" as legal marriage, and start inquiring for details.
At the end you end up spending more time and money for the completion of your case, and not to mention unnecessary frustration that you would have to go through.

I went with the same idea, it back fired. You spend more time actually in the queue due to inquiries that they will generate because of Nikah only case. I would strongly advise to get the Rukhsati done, and then apply for the case. Good Luck
