I got a CSC response from the mail I sent on Friday last week concerning my application. The agent replied that "we verified the information you provided and were not able to locate the application you sent." I was advised to contact the registered mail service to make sure the application was received and also if confirmed I should send info on:
1. the type of application
2. Payment receipt
3. Date mailed or delivered
4. Complete address where it was sent.
5. Company used to mail the package
6. The tracking number.

I am happy I have the delivery certificate so I attached both the payment receipt and delivery certificate. Hopefully they locate my application.

Did anyone get this type of response?

Hi,
can anyone share his/her experience regarding finger prints, My wife have received a letter for FP we went to local police station but they gave us an address of private agency where they took the finger prints electronically and filled up a required form and the lady told me that they will send it to RCMP and then RCMP will send to IRCC after necessary checks.

1) Is this the right procedure?
2) RCMP will send direct to IRCC?
3) How long RCMP will take to send it to IRCC? ( as per the lady at private agency normally its a process of two to three weeks but she said RCMP will send it in one week)

Sharing your experience will be highly appreciated.
