I am not so sure about the reply CIC gave you because not all September applicants are in the same batch. I heard that CIC have their own "deadline" dealing with different batches of applications. Let us be a little bit optimistic and hope Late August and early September applicants could get DM and PPR in mid or late February.

From timeline of my friends who applied around 1 month before me, I assume we will get PPR in less than 1 month after BG N/A changes to BGIP. Mid or late February I assume.

My BG IP start from june. now waiting from PPR.
