I'm finally eligible and finishing my package. I just have a doubt about this part:

So, I was a permanent resident in one country different from my birth country. Do I need to put:
1) My country of birth as a citizen since birth (my birthday) to present "current";
2) Other country where I have lived and where I was a permanent resident.
I just wonder, do you have a pre-PR credit? if not, how are you fulfilling the 3 year tax filing requirement? I'm eligible now but i can't apply till I file my 2017 taxes end of Feb, early March (I landed in Jan 2015 and filed my taxes for 2015 and 2016).

I filed my taxes for 2014/ landed December 20th 2014/,2015, 2016. Than working, maternity leave etc.What does it mean required to fill? Am I was required to fill?

Actually I landed Aug. 2014 but I travelled couple of times, so I filed 2014, 2015 and 2016, I don't need to wait for 2017; In addition, yes I do have some PR credits

It was from purolator and was a 24 hr delivery. On calling them , they said there was a weather issue over there and everything is closed.. Just wondering if anyone experience the same issues with their application that was due on Jan 04 or Jan 05? ( as i am a little suspicious)

The same here, I've sent my application on Feb. 2nd from Calgary via Canada post Xpresspost...it was suppose to be delivered on Jan. 8th, but I got an update from Canada post telling me the following;
Delivery may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions!!!!

I don't think that would harm!!!!
I personally included a copy of each of the following; CoPR , PR, Driving license and health card
trying my best to avoid any possibility of returning the file
