When they ask something and you dont have it, then you must have an Excuse which is logical and acceptable.
you check the thread, may be what they asked from you , already been asked from someone else and their response may help you.

I received GCMS notes after 36 days (applied 24th Nov, received 29th December). May be its just busy time for them?
If I were you, I would apply again since they are totally ignoring the old request and emails regarding it, its $5 anyways. I don't know what senior members here think of this?

The way GCMS requests are going to CIC, i am feeling that soon it will be stopped or its fee will go up. because previously GCMS were coming in few days or in a week, now it takes a month,

does it really help to order GCMS notes? my case is going close to 6 months on Jan 18th, 2018. Since Sept 2018, no word from LVO.
On Jan 18th, 2018, it will be 4 months since my file moved to LVO

I send an email before . And they said our file is awaiting an initial review .

Is there any difference between initial review and full review ?

For those who have undergone an interview, will they always accommodate your request to conduct it in your native language (Pashto in my case), or do you sometimes have to settle for a second language you're a little bit comfortable with?

you definitely call for notes, as you have 4 months of information on your file from LVO.
those who order Notes in first of 2nd month of LVO transfer, they have nothing to see in it.
