You should ask your MP to inquire about the decision that LVO has made (whether positive or negative) and why it has not been communicated to you yet.

is there any chance decision is negative ???? U scared me ... as after interview visa office has no issue regarding our genuiness of relationship... we have never receive PFL .... is there still chance for negative decision ?????

guyz a quick question. I got PPR and submitted Passport to VFS today. but i can also see in gckey account passport as required document to upload. do i need to upload a copy here as well? or just sending to CHC ISB is enough?

no you can not submit passport in person to CHC ISB. it has to go through VFS or sometimes i heard through TCS as well but it was mentioned in my PPR so did not take the risk

I am wondering about a Nika Namma. I keep reading about how the embassy asks for Urdu NN. My NN is in English. Are they going to still ask for an Urdu copy. In order to avoid delay should I get that English one translated in Urdu? I am not sure. Both of my NN and marriage certificate is in English.

I sent ny english nikahnama but as additional docs they asked for my urdu nikah nama as well. I sent them english translated urdu dual marriage registered certificate for me Alhamdulilah they accepted that instead. But remember every case is different so no one can give accurate info on if they wil ask you for translation or no.

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to know if there is anyone in a similar situation as me. I've submitted my application on the 6th of November 2017 and today its the 4th of January 2018 but there has been no action from them in regards to acknowledging that my file has been received or not.

Also there has been a post that has caught my attention regarding NN as I've only submitted my "original" Nikkah Nama in English. Although I do have the Urdu one but have not submitted that with my file would that be a problem? If it is, then should i send that along with the submission of the PA police certificate?

Let me know if anyone has any feedback regarding this. Thank you

nop I think that's not a problem because this is what I did exactly I do have my urdu nikah nama but I only submitted English one and there was no problem of that at all

my friend is asked for pictures of specific moments.but she dont have it
what should be done ?
she did sent so many other proves thats clear to show wedding time etc.
if she cant provide whats asked that means they will refuse or will they still look to the rest of proves ?

I emailed a PDF format file to LVO at their email address in Dec time about my visit to my wife in Karachi and PDF file size was 5MB but today i received a response from "NXR" that PDF file size is big and should be 2MB only
"Please note that we will upload the documents you submitted in your below email, with the exception of the PDF file, which is too large.
Please re-submit the PDF file, ensuring that the file sizes are smaller than 2MB"
How am i going to reduce a PDF format file from 5 MB to 2MB?
Any advise suggestion tip?

if she cant provide whats asked that means they will refuse or will they still look to the rest of proves ?

she needs to write a letter and provide her explanation in detail as to why she doesn't have those specific moments pics? She can provide some more pics as they want to see some proof if the wedding is genuine. If they asks anything that we can't provide OR totally out of our hands, doesn't mean they start rejecting our applications

I just checked and someone from July 27, 2017 got the Pre-Arrival Letter already on Jan 4th 2018.
If MVO can also process Spousal Sponsorship Application then why Pakistani Applicants application are going to LVO..which is Laziest VISA OFFICE

Doesnt that mean they think the proves provided are not enough??
And they absolutely wants to see just "that moment" to believe ??
