It would depend on the letter they sent you requesting for specific police certificates. If you have lived in Canada for the majority of the time since you turned 18, you don't need it. If that was the only Police certificate you need, upload a letter explaining your situation instead.

Thanks for the clarification. Also, have you received SA yet? Seems like some people receive it the next day of AOR, and for some, they don't get it until months later.

Thank you He got an e-mail that said there is an update/message on his account - then on gckey we could see it was approved. They also attach an approval letter stating the permit has been mailed. I hope you get yours soon !

AOR November 1st
Sent Police checks and schedule a 25th November

it says application recieved August 31st which is strange considering didnt arrive till september 5th

congra! when did you link the OWP app in your online account? please advise.

I was able to link the OWP a few days after we received the AOR - used the UCI and last name. If you are having trouble I think I remember having to put the birth city in CAPS to link both the application and work permit.

Call on Monday for sure! You paid the correct fee of $255? Many people got OWP this week. I would be calling Monday. You’re over the 4 month timeline.

Congrats!! And thank you for sharing! This gives me some hope... we resubmitted our OWP on Nov 15 due to lack of one fee also. Hoping to receive it by end of Feb latest!
