You need landing documents again at the oath/ceremony?

Yes. The oath invite did say to bring all original documents again, just as you do for the test/interview, but I didn't see anyone get asked for anything other than invite letter, record of landing and PR card.

Thank you, keeping the stuff around whenever they decide to finally do the invite. I did call a few weeks ago and was told that some kind of inquiry would basically delay the process so I've abstained from seeing what the delay is -- trying to be patient with this last step, even though the officer said after approving me post-test that I'd likely be sent a letter soon (in October) for oaths/ceremonies in December, and it's clearly coming and going with no invite.

My oath is on 17 Jan 2018. They sent letter on 21 December.
So all went well for me even after not so good interview. All well when end well.

after applying received one letter in which they ask for police certificate which I submitted and afterwards no update.

Hi,

They requested a police certificate because you lived in a country for more than 183 days?
I think if you did not hear from them since that time, you can request the file notes through ATIP and you can see the progress of your file. It will take 30 days to receive.

Have you received AOR at least or not even that ?. Call this help line and check . Call early like 8am in morning so waiting times are less

I have the same exact situation. I applied on May 1st, received fingerprints request in June and my application is in process since June 26. I haven't got any update since then.

By the way, Will they give us citizenship certificate on ceremony or will they mail us ? Person has to wait for two days before applying for passport after ceremony, so it sounds like they will give us certificate on same day of ceremony. But I just want to confirm if it is right.

I'm waiting for oath too. DM Dec 7th - nothing yet. For you nash_avatar it took 3 weeks I guess! Did you do your test in Scarborough?

It was Mississauga. Wait for 1 month, you will get it. This is christmas time also so there will be little margin of error in days. Good Luck.

Thanks Nash. I finally got the invite yesterday:

Decision Made: Dec 7
Oath Invitation: Dec 28
Oath Ceremony: Jan 19

So DM to update took 21 days.

Can someone please update the spreadsheet?
