As I said, blocklog is happening and huge one. It ll be now 24 months waiting time despite their reassurance of opposite. And plus those clever ones who are sending multiple applications if they don’t receive AOR in month and a half. Embrace for long period, sharpen yr nerves.
October applicants have been struggling with delayed AOR's, but I think we haven't seen the worst. Sending an AOR doesn't really take that much time.
Given the current rate of ~80 IP's per week, AOR to IP might now take 30 days average (+Xmas break).
Then I assume test invites will be a bigger bottleneck. i did a quick count of about 30 invites in a week. Could take them 5 months to go through all those apps. I hope I'm wrong.
Hey Great Article. This is in-line with our sample spreadsheet. they received upto 6 times more applications than before.
We have seen the number of applications going down sharply in november to october levels but it is still a bit more than twice the number of applications as compared to september( or before). @sebbie has done a very good analysis of the current wait times.
we have to factor in xmas break and new years along with number of applications being double as before to figure out future wait times. i agree with @madam-m "brace yourself" and sharpen your nerves!!

Just to clarify one point from your post " We have seen the number of applications going down sharply in November to October levels but it is still a bit more than twice the number of applications as compared to September( or before)".......you mean to say number of applications came down sharply in November as compared to October (11th Oct. onward)? If that is true, then there is a silver lining that the number of applications may come down further in coming months and, hence, processing time as well.
guys, please stop panicking It was an expected peak of applications in October. It was a single moment when an additional number of people became eligible - and a lot of them applied first week(s) after 11/10. There won't be such peaks anymore, and the average amount of applications will get back to normal.
