I am filling out IMM 5562 form (Country specific form for - INDIA)
ques2 b) List all trips from past 10 years of Your Spouse.

My spouse is my Sponsor Here . Do I need to list down his trips made outside of country of residence/origin ?

Hello all,
I'm preparing my wife's PR file and i have a question:
Her Birth Certificate is in dual language, ie. Marathi & English
Now the person who signed the document put the Stamp in Marathi

Do i need to get the Birth Certificate translated just because the stamp is in Marathi ?

I faced the similar issue when I was in process of Canada FSW PR (Express Entry) application in early 2016. My birth certificate also was bilingual in nature (Marathi & English). That time I was asked to provide with translations from CIC. Hence I had to visit Bombay High Court, to get it translated, attested and notarized. Took help from a local agent which I found around the court area for same. He handsomely charged me for that, but all of my documents got translated.

I am not sure whether is it required now, but it is always better to submit the translations. At the least, we will have peace of mind when it comes to documents we submit.

When were these notes generated? It can't be that they are still assessing eligibilityI guess they are from September when you first applied for the notes?

Good Catch !! You got good memory .. Yes they are generated on Nov 16, 2017 but I got them today by email. I would be grateful if at least I get DM by March end for 2018 !! But worried if they can take my application beyond that ..

There is some bad news. Today, when I called IRCC automated number 1-888-242-2100. They have changed the statement from approx. processing time for your application from 12 months to 14 months !!

Is it the case with everyone ? If so it is worst thing happened for all remaining applicants. Can some one please confirm by entering your respective details ??

May be they would be updating this info on the website in a week or so ... Really Disappointed !!

I have very much the same information in my notes also. Just the due date is a bit early and my criminality is completed. Only security check remains. I don’t expect anything before February.

On CIC website, its still showing 12 months as processing time for sponsoring spouse outside Canada.
