New Delhi (NDVO) 2017 - Spousal Sponsorship Outside Canada

Any one in this thread who is March applicant. And his/ her medical is not done yet, And status are showing in progress I applied my application form Canada March 24 and my file transfer in NDVO in June 19. And from that day till today I am not getting any update or mail form NDVO. Help me I already mail to visa office and applied my GCMS notes. For that response I have to wait till a month

I have the same situation. Out of like 4 - 5 emails I sent they only responded to 2 of my email. I am a march 27 applicant and even my bgc has not started yet too. Dont know what kind of sequence they are following.
God only knows when our files going to get a decision and we will be able to bring our partners to Canada. So disappointed. Seriously someone needs to set them straight for doing this to us.

If your a July Applicant and onwards, you really have no reason to send CSE and emails to NDVO; you’ve only been waiting for 5-6 Months! Unless of course your changing your address, changing representatives; birth, etc

Some of june applicants already get ppr and even visa and I don’t have even eligibility check started. So I have a valid reason to contact them. Couple of June applicant got decision made a month ago.

Did they inform you first that they will call for an interview or it was a surprise call ?

Query-

Important documents for you and your spouse showing that you are recognized as each other's spouse (such as employment
or insurance benefits)

Can we provide marriage certificate here ?? If not then what document can be provided.

Provide as many docs as you could.. 1. Life insurance benefits (employment) letter showing either one of you as beneficiary. 2. Joint bank account, 3. Marital status and name of spouse in sponsor's 'Canada Revenue Agency' account (Could be done online by your sponsor), 4. Spouse name as nominee in bank accounts.

50% march applicants got DM/PPR in aug/sep... rest need to wait till dec to start seeing DMs.. so you can expect something soon.. NDVO again started processing from this week the march 2017 applications... i know it is not a easy situation but we are almost there... few june/july some very lucky ppl who got DM/PPR.. that percentage lucky ppl are there always so cant consider them... also BGC check started in Gckey is not always gaurentee the DM soon..april ppl who got BGC started in oct are waiting.. march ppl who got BGC in Nov got DMs.. so you can get BGC and DM is short gap... so march 2017 application should get DMs any day from now.. followed by april applicants...

Thank you for respons... yes it’s defintley not easy currently I’m pregnant and waiting is just hard! Does it make a difference if you apply from India or Canada?

Finally march 20 applicant/may 8th aor2/nov 28 BGC in process/ DM on dec 19th....
Looks like march next 1-2 weeks can expect all getting DMs..
hopefully PPRs soon too...
