Did anyone notice that the tie-break date went backwards?
On the 79th draw, the tie-break was November 16, 2017 at 04:20:20 UTC.
Now, on the 80th draw, it was October 02, 2017 at 14:56:53 UTC, which is 1.5 month earlier.
Why is that? Maybe a mistake? Was it supposed to be December 02, instead of October?
I'd recommend being close to jobs or the mass transit. From Buffalo to Toronto is a giant moving mass of cars. I've heard nice things about Waterloo, but never been there.
1) What if a canadian sibling cannot find thier birth certificate ? What else can be shown as proof of relationship?
2) what is the implication of having an original birth certificate that has a name not used in any other credential owned (this name NOT used is the only name on your original BC) All other credentials have a different name.

I noticed that too. May be they got 2750 candidates with the number of profiles created before October 02, 2017 at 14:56:53 UTC. It all depends on the draw size. If they increase the number of ITA , date will come closer to draw date.

I think it's just because the people with that score have been in the pool for a longer period. The tie breaker date is dependent on when those people joined so it could go up or down for different scores

But we can only fill the Express entry profile only after getting the TRF form right, since the reference number is in it? And I guess, in India we get TRF after few days like a week after the IELTS result out right?
Kindly correct me if I am wrong and suggest if there is a way to create express entry profile as soon as IELTS is out?
Thanks

Do you know there is a way to "guess" the TRF number? Besides, you need to enter the test results date in the EE profile which is not the date the results were announced (13th day after the test), but rather the date that is printed on the TRF.
