it means they dont have a request available online to say "Upload Pakistan id card" on their system so they use a generic term of "upload us id card." just use it to upload your id card copies again with the translation.
their real request is in the PDF file in gckey where they ask for everything to be uploaded

Just wanted to clear a misconception about ordering GCMS notes:
When choosing between "Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or individual/corporation currently present in Canada", the "currently present in Canada" is only attached with "individual/corporation". If you're a Canadian citizen or PR, you don't have to be physically present in Canada to request them.

Has anyone in this forum only submitted their Marriage Certificate with the application and not the Nikha Nama, and LVO never asked for it?

You were asked on 16/11/20017 to provide your Urdu Nikah Nama and English translation.
Instead you submitted a copy of your Marriage Registration Certificate, with an issue date many
years after the wedding date. In the absence of an Urdu Nikah Nama, English translation, and
the original Marriage Registration Certificate, I am not satisfied your marriage is valid.
Subsection 11(1) of the Act provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply
to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the regulations. The visa or document
shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not
inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act.
