Its 18 months now

Around 20% of applications receive decision in lass than 11 months, and 80% under 16mos. The CIC service standard is 11 mos for paper based applications (PNP).

Hey Pal. I'm November 10,2016 applicant and my status for 'REVIEW OF ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS' is exactly same as yours since last one month. I called them 3 times and the agents had no idea why its like this, but he did confirm that no additional documents have been requested any any officer so far.
