Have you tried to write an email or case specific enquiry with subject “ Application-status-beyond-six months”? May be you get a standard response.

Better to go for GCMS notes.

I did this and got a reply the same day as : "Your file is currently under review and may need additional verification. Hence the processing will be outside of the processing times posted earlier"

Hence we will have to wait I guess :-(

Hello guys, i just received PPR today! Here is my timeline.
Aor May 6th. Cec with lmia
Nov 8 employer verification call
Nov 10 background change back to in process but not started, from na(here made me worried abit, cuz usually bg change from IP1-na-IP2，but my case was ip 1-na -ip 1 wording again )
Dec 2 additional documents changed from been reviewed to not needed
And today Dec 13 the bg finally changed to ip2 wording and PPR received!

Hope this give you guys a little help with how cic works, and hope every one get their golden email soon!

We requested for status and mentioned as (application over 6 months) in the subject of the email.

Please let me know what reply you get.

One quick question - When they request the "Height and Eye Colour", in which format do they expect to receive such information?
Can I just write an explanation letter stating it?
