Urgent help needed
LVO send us a letter in which they demanded proof that marriage is genuine we have two kids both are Canadian citizen as my husband is a naturalized Canadian but the problem is the age difference between me and my husband.what should I do to prove my marriage?plz give suggestions
1) Letters from family and friends
2) Joint rental lease or property ownership
3) joint bank accounts
4) added on health insurance as each others spouse
5) NADRA family registration certificate
6) Birth Certificate of children listing both of you as parents
7) Car lease/ Car insurance forms listing each other as spouse
True that. Age doesn't matter in modern centuary lol. What matters is the understanding and intellectual capibility of both so if anyone is upto the mark in every trait, no one gives a damn about age. It's just that LVO needs to let go the old mindset and old cultural history of Pak. We have a changed a lot and they need to realize that. Anyways god be with us.
The truth is on how you present your case. If you declare an arranged marriage and the gap is 15 years, they will question it. If it is love, you met at workplace or had mutual friends etc then it may not be such a big deal. It's all about how you present your case. Most couples think filling out forms is good enough but the truth is, you have to walk them through your life leading up to and after marriage, how you met, what you think about them, how them not being with you affects your life, who you are, who they are, what your future plans are, and whatever you can back up with evidence you must. Wherever they find holes in your story they will ask for more proof of a genuine relationship.

UCI (Unique Client Identifier) is your designated ID that only assigned to you. Your Husband should have his own UCI. All Permanent Residents and Canadians has it's own UCI. File Number is your Immigration File Number. File number and UCI are not same.

Thanks a ton for clearing this out. These days little things send me into a panic attack. Lol
Since we have a representative i dont think we can link it ourselves. Will ask her to do it for us.

They rarely extend medicals for applicants who are living in Pak. So i think you will get a remedical request soon. Not sure about the trend as every case is unique. You haven't received any add doc req yet? Does your notes say that you are in interview queue?
No remedical and no add docs request so far. any idea on the reason of medical extension? (For Paki resident).... And how long do they extend it for? Last status inquiry early November only said file was with a visa officer awaiting review. I feel like its too soon to send another inquiry but its tooo exhausting!

The GCMS notes on the spreadsheet is a guide based on previous format of ordering notes. It is a guide not a set of instructions. Every scenario is different for every person that is why you have to selected options based on who is ordering the notes
