Anyone with Photo received by CIC on 2nd November.
2 weeks back when I called CIC I was told that mostly PR card would be received by 1st week of December. Reading previous posts I think I have to wait then. Frustrating it is... because the agents are clueless... They have no idea whether the system is real time updated or not...

My update FYI...

I received a response for my Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) two days ago as follows; But I strongly beleive that they have lost my photos. This is the second photo retake.

Landed: 25/07/2017
1st Photos received: 05/10/2017 (Sent by courier from outside Canada)
2nd Photos sent: 13/12/2017 (Still in transit) - This time I am sending to one of my friends, so he will send the photos to following PO Box address

If you applied for a Permanent Resident card (PR card), or if you are waiting to receive your initial PR card, and the Case Processing Centre requires that you provide new photos, we invite you to:

• Re-send two new photos according to the photo specifications, and
• Include with the photos, if available, the letter/email received to this effect or an explanation letter (including your complete name, date of birth and UCI).

Photos delivered:Oct.19th
PR Card receivedec.13th (just yesterday...in a white envelop)
Hoping this would help others. I have been very anxious about the card because I booked an international filght On Dec.20th. just made it in time....
